Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP REFX Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (REFX). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, support, configuration, and integration of SAP REFX solutions with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and PM. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, provide functional solutions, and support end-to-end project delivery.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP REFX configuration and support.
• Good understanding of SAP FI/CO integration.
• Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP REFX implementations.
• Knowledge of lease accounting processes and real estate business workflows.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications and coordinating with ABAP teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Real Estate and Property Management processes.
• Configure and support SAP REFX functionalities including:
• Lease-In / Lease-Out
• Contract Management
• Rent Calculation
• Service Charge Settlement
• Security Deposit Management
• Real Estate Master Data
• Work on end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Integrate SAP REFX with SAP FI/CO, MM, PM, and other related modules.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with technical teams.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support activities.
• Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ensure compliance with business processes and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across global regions.
