Role Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished SAP Recruitment Leader to anchor talent acquisition for our Global Capability Centre (GCC), with a sharp focus on S/4HANA-led transformation programs.

This role goes beyond delivery it requires deep domain credibility in SAP hiring, the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, and the maturity to build predictable, scalable hiring engines aligned to global consulting standards.

Your Mandate

Own and drive end-to-end SAP hiring strategy and delivery for GCC growth

Build and scale high-quality SAP talent pipelines from top-tier consulting firms and system integrators

Establish a robust, metrics-driven recruitment engine with strong governance and predictability

Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on talent availability and hiring feasibility

Lead complex, niche hiring across S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, and digital transformation areas

Build, mentor, and elevate a high-performance SAP recruitment team

Drive stakeholder alignment across geographies with focus on quality and transparency

Requirement

10+ years of deep SAP recruitment experience within consulting firms / system integrators

Proven success in hiring for large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs

Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem (functional, technical, cloud)

Experience scaling recruitment for a Global Capability Centre (GCC)

Ability to engage with senior global stakeholders

Exposure to Japanese clients preferred

Experience handling complex and leadership hiring mandates
