We're Hiring: SAP IT Recruiter (Lead Role) Pune (Hybrid)

Location: Hinjewadi Phase-2, Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office 3 days a week

Team: Managing a team of 3 junior recruiters

Are you an experienced SAP & IT recruitment professional looking to take on a strategic, impactful role We are seeking a Senior SAP IT Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for Core SAP and broader IT roles within a Global Business Services (GBS) setup. This role also includes 20% HRBP responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys blending talent acquisition with broader HR initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of total experience with strong SAP & IT hiring expertise.
• Proven experience hiring for SAP modules (TM, GTS, MDG, QM, BI, AI, Ariba, SD).
• Strong understanding of GBS hiring and IT talent markets.
• Ability to lead and motivate a recruitment team.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to HRBP or operational HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Leadership (Primary)

• Drive end-to-end hiring for SAP & IT positions across the GBS function.
• Hire for critical SAP modules including TM, GTS, MDG, QM, BI, AI, Ariba, SD and more.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a strong and consistent talent pipeline.
• Lead interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
• Manage & mentor a team of three junior recruiters.

Operational HR & HRBP (20%)

• Support HRBP activities like employee engagement & workforce planning.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and employee integration.
• Handle routine HR operations and serve as a point of contact for employees.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on HR initiatives and business needs.
