Your Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors RCM & RMK Consultant to design, implement, and support end-to-end recruitment and recruitment marketing solutions. The role involves close collaboration with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-friendly recruiting solutions.
  • Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) modules
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from Talent Acquisition stakeholders
  • Configure job requisitions, candidate lifecycle, application templates, and approval workflows
  • Design and support career sites and recruiting campaigns using RMK
  • Integrate SuccessFactors with external job boards and third-party vendors
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, hiring policies, and audit requirements
  • Perform system testing, defect resolution, and production support
  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user guides
  • Support releases, upgrades, and new feature adoption
  • Work closely with SAP CPI/Integration and Security teams

Your Profile

  • SAP SuccessFactors Integrations (SF to onboarding, EC, or 3rd-party job boards)
  • Exposure toSAP CPI / Integration Center
  • Knowledge ofXML templates (Job Requisition, Application, Offer Letter)
  • Understanding ofData Privacy / GDPR / Compliance conceptsSF Permissions (Role-Based Permissions - RBP)
  • Experience withOnboarding (ONB 1.0 or ONB 2.0)
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for RMK templates
  • AMS / Support experience including incident and change management
