Your Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and Recruitment Marketing (RMK). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation and support projects, particularly in mid to large-sized global organizations
  • SAP SuccessFactors expertise in:
  • Recruiting Management (RCM)
  • Onboarding (ONB)
  • Recruitment Marketing (RMK)
  • Active/Valid SAP SuccessFactors Certification (RCM/ONB/RMK)
  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations
  • Hands-on experience in configuration and provisioning systems
  • Strong knowledge of HR and Talent Acquisition processes
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Implementation and support experience in global environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Your Profile

  • Experience working inAgile methodologies
  • Exposure to European or multicultural project environments
  • Integration knowledge with other SAP/non-SAP systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • High adaptability to complex and dynamic business needs
  • Consulting mindset with client-facing experience
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills
