Your Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and Recruitment Marketing (RMK). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation and support projects, particularly in mid to large-sized global organizations

SAP SuccessFactors expertise in:
Recruiting Management (RCM)
Onboarding (ONB)
Recruitment Marketing (RMK)
Active/Valid SAP SuccessFactors Certification (RCM/ONB/RMK)
Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations
Hands-on experience in configuration and provisioning systems
Strong knowledge of HR and Talent Acquisition processes
Experience working with international clients
Implementation and support experience in global environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Your Profile

Experience working inAgile methodologies
Exposure to European or multicultural project environments
Integration knowledge with other SAP/non-SAP systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
High adaptability to complex and dynamic business needs
Consulting mindset with client-facing experience
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
