Job Title: SAP S/4HANA EAM/QM Functional Analyst
Location- Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kochi, and the National Capital Region (NCR).
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM/QM Functional Analyst to support and enhance Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Quality Management (QM) solutions in a global SAP environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM & QM, configuration, master data, system integrations, and application support in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA EAM & QM modules, including QM master data (inspection plans, MICs, inspection methods).
- Manage maintenance order-driven inspections, inspection lifecycle, and QM–PM integration.
- Lead data migration and conversion from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with business teams to design and implement scalable EAM/QM solutions.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing production support.
- Work with cross-functional SAP modules such as MM, FI, and CO.
Required Skills
- 8–12 years of SAP EAM/QM experience.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM & QM configuration and support.
- Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of inspection management, asset management, and master data.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.
Preferred
- Experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industries.
- Exposure to SAP MDG, HANA scale-out environments, and multi-tenant databases.
- Experience across multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation or support projects.
