SAP Quality Management (QM):
- Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes:
- Inspection Lot Processing
- Quality Certificates
- Quality Notifications
- Results Recording & Usage Decision
- Batch Management & Sampling Procedures
- Understanding of QM integration with MM, PP, PM, and SD.
- Experience in incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
- Ability to work in ITIL-based support environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
