Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Design: Lead fit-gap workshops to translate client business needs into tailored SAP QM solutions.
• System Configuration: Set up QM master data (inspection methods, master inspection characteristics, sampling procedures) and customize inspection types.
• Process Integration: Bridge QM with Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) for end-to-end quality control.
• Defect & Audit Management: Configure Quality Notifications, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and manage quality certificates.
• Testing & Support: Conduct integration testing, perform system debugging, and create end-user documentation.
• Training & Go-Live: Facilitate end-user training, support deployment activities, and troubleshoot post-go-live issues
