Sap Quality Management Consultant

Goal of the Position Ensure, that the integrity of the SAP Q-Module is given acc. processes and data. Means Key-User runs regular data integrity checks and drive actions together with the plants to improve it. In addition, the Key-User Provides training to the organization and support the role out within MPP Group, which includes User MM on MPP Level. The Key-User analyze the process within MPP, as well customer-, legal-requirements and market trends to develop the SAP Q-Module. In reference to the development of the tool, the Key-User defines based on it book of duty/specification and do acceptance tests. Out of this, the Key user generate training manuals and documentations acc. Authority of this Position Release / approve of SAP Q-Module Processes User Management for SAP Q-Module Escalation to MPP MM/ Plant MM in case of Deviation of KPI's SAP Q-Module Approve of MPP Specific Procedures/Instructions in reference to Q-Module IATF16949. The Key user generate monthly reports about the Q-Module Status and the Performance Data for the Q-Processes managed SAP Q-Module. If needed, the Key-User runs special analysis on request.

Main Tasks of this Position Develop Traceability Concept in SAP Q-Module based on Legal-/Customer-/ MPP Requirements User Management of SAP Q-Module on MPP Level Regular Check of Data Integrity SAP Q-Module and drive Corrective Action to improve Data Integrity e.g. by Running Correlation Study to OEM Portals ▪Monthly Reporting of SAP Q-Module KPI's and Deep Dive Analysis on Request ▪Drive and Support the Role out of SAP-Module within the MPP Group ▪Develop SAP Q-Module acc. Market Trends and Legal-, OEM- and MPP-Requirements to ensure compliance, especially to IATF 16949 ▪Develop and maintain SAP Q-Module procedures and training manuals ▪Const. Analysis of Current MPP Processes to understand Opportunities for automatization (interaction between processes) and cost improvements (e.g. rules for Inspection) in SAP QModule
