Job Description

Support all aspects of the Global Quality Management Business Processes and related data and standards ensuring that all commitments and milestones are met, existing functionality is maintained/improved and enhancements are delivered in accordance with Business requirements
Management of overall technical demand for COMET QM functional changes request and production related issues, leveraging QM and CoE team resources to support targets established by the business Business Process Definitions Implementation scope and functionality refinement
Functional mapping of requirements to solutions, functional specification development Authorization of security roles, system authorization process controls Testing/Validation of QM changes/enhancements/interfaces Knowledge transfer of new functionality /new features
Establishment and management of cutover related activities Post go-live,hyper care support and stabilization
