Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP QM (Q2E) Consultant to support and drive quality management processes within SAP S/4HANA environments. The role involves designing process templates, implementing solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a process expert in designing and managing SAP project templates.
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP QM solutions accordingly.
- Configure, customize, and implement SAP QM module functionalities.
- Ensure integration of SAP QM with MM, PP, and PS modules.
- Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system performance.
- Lead and contribute to project phases including planning, execution, testing, and go-live.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on SAP QM processes and tools.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize quality management processes.
- Support application lifecycle management including issue resolution and improvements.
- Contribute to global SAP QM standards and rollout strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM with end-to-end implementation exposure.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Strong understanding of quality management processes and best practices.
- Expertise in SAP QM integration with MM, PP, and PS modules.
- Experience in Consumer Goods or Retail industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and travel as required.
- Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- BE / BTech / MCA / MTech
- 69 years of relevant SAP QM experience
