Expected Scope Of Work / Responsibilities
- Support as process expert for designing the process template in managing the SAP projects
- Hands-on experience with SAP QM customization and implementation.
- Proven experience as an SAP QM Consultant, Key User, or Expert, in a manufacturing
environment.
- Strong process knowledge in quality management or service.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Analyze, design, and implement new SAP QM solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize and enhance the SAP QM module and its integration with adjacent systems.
- Provide expert support to users, resolving issues and addressing evolving needs.
- Lead and contribute to (sub-)projects, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on SAP QM processes and tools.
- Continuously analyze and optimize quality management processes.
- Support application lifecycle, including problem management and process improvements.
- Contribute to the development of global SAP QM standards for upcoming rollouts.
- Strong understanding of SAP QM integration with MM, PP, and PS.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM with end to end implementation experience
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience.
- Several years of experience in consulting or industry, preferably in Consumer Goods or
Retail
- Extensive business experience in manufacturing to supply processes from projects and /
or operations
- Strategically thinking and a strong mindset to drive improvement and operational
excellence

- Ready to work in an international environment, willing to travel based on business
need

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: BE/ BTech, MCA, MTech
- Minimum work Experience: 6 to 9 years
