Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP QM implementations across all phases: design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align SAP solutions with quality processes.
• Configure inspection planning, results recording, notifications, and audits.
• Integrate QM with SAP PP, MM, SD, and other modules.
• Draft functional specs and coordinate with ABAP developers.
• Conduct workshops, training, and UAT sessions.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide expert support during hypercare.
• Ensure compliance with industry and internal quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of SAP QM experience with 3+ full-cycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP PP, MM, SD integration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
