SAP QA Lead

Title: Lead SAP QA

Location: Remote, in India

Duration: 3-6 Month contract

Pay Rate: $23/hour

A Mindset client is looking for a Lead SAP Quality Assurance Engineer. You will be responsible for defining and executing the overall quality assurance strategy across SAP implementations and enhancements. This role leads QA planning, test execution, and defect management while coordinating with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure high-quality and on time SAP deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP QA strategy, planning, and execution across projects and releases
• Define test approach, scope, timelines, and entry/exit criteria
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution with development teams
• Coordinate testing activities across SAP modules and integrations
• Mentor and guide QA analysts and offshore teams
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and enterprise quality standards

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP QA or testing experience
• Experience working with SAP CRM and SAP SD
• Strong understanding of SAP processes and integrations
• Experience leading QA teams and end to end test cycles
• Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems
