SAP PTP Lead Consultant

• Lead SAP Procurement to Pay Process and own Best Practice solutions within SAP S/4 for a PTP business process.
• 100% commitment to Clean Core concepts
• Positioning the business processes to leverage SAP Best Practice solutions by utilizing SAP standard solutions and applications to minimize custom development. The position will primarily be focused on Materials Management, Supply Chain modules, integrations to SAP BTP and other 3rd party applications such as Salesforce, Anaplan, WMS.
• Continue to develop client relationships working closely with cross-functional teams, including business SMEs, Architects, Developers, and SIs (vendor consultants)
• Offer guidance and expertise to project teams across the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and support.
• Analyze existing processes and suggest solutions to improve current systems to meet changing business needs
• Participate in analysis and recommendation of software solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead the development of future recommendations and conduct presentation to the business unit
• Become proficient in Panasonic Business Systems including interfaces and integrations with various third party applications
• For complex projects, facilitate and conduct business and functional requirements gathering workshops
• Write Business Requirements Document, functional specifications document and client communications documentation
• Map both simple and complex business processes (AS-IS & TO-BE) and/or larger scope workflow
• Develop, review and approve end user test cases, participate in and validate user acceptance testing
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as handling IT ticket resolutions.
• Conduct Testing for Projects and System Upgrades

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree desired in Business or IT curriculum
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP functional areas of Materials Management, Supply Chain, Logistics and Master Data Management including 1 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation
• Experience in Leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for cloud-based integrations, analytics, and extensions.
• Understanding of SAP Clean Core principles, including the use of released APIs in app extensibility options and key user extensibility.
• Should also have practical experience with integrating MM/Logistics Execution functions with other modules such as PP, FI, CO, SD, and PM.
• Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret advanced business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
