Position: Critical Requirement

We are looking for an experienced SAP PS Solution Architect / ABAP Technical Architect with strong expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP PS, S/4HANA and SAP integration technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical architecture experience along with hands-on knowledge of SAP PS, OData, APIs and Web Services.

MUST-HAVE SKILLSSAP ABAP Development

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and debugging
• Ability to contribute to technical solution design and make sound technical decisions
• Strong understanding of custom development and technical design
  
  

SAP PS

• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS)
• Strong knowledge of SAP PS APIs, BAdIs and relevant customizations
• Ability to work on technical solutions involving SAP PS
• Candidates should have practical exposure to SAP PS-related development/integration
  
  

SAP Integration

• Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies
• Hands-on experience with:
• OData
• Web Services / SOAP
• APIs
• Ability to design and support integration between SAP and external systems
  

S/4HANA

• Practical experience working in SAP S/4HANA development environments
• Understanding of S/4HANA technical architecture and development
• Exposure to S/4HANA transformation or migration is an advantage
  
  

Technical Architecture & Coordination

• Ability to contribute to technical solution architecture and design
• Coordinate technical discussions across SAP, middleware and cross-functional development teams
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ability to evaluate technical approaches and recommend appropriate solutions
  
  

Agile Delivery

• Experience with Sprint planning, task coordination and customer ticket handling
• Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments
  
  

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with architecture methodologies such as TOGAF / Arc42
• Experience modernizing existing or legacy SAP applications
• Experience with SAP CPI / API Gateway / API_Project_V3
• Experience managing complex integration scenarios across multiple systems
• Experience facilitating technical workshops with customers and management
• Experience with SAP PS process/configuration
• Experience integrating SAP with Planisware or similar PPM tools
• Practical SAP CO development/integration experience
• Understanding of controlling concepts such as settlement rules, timesheets and hourly rates
• Experience working with Agile Masters and multiple Agile teams
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review technical solutions for SAP PS and related SAP applications
• Develop and debug ABAP programs and technical solutions
• Analyze business/customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs
• Support SAP PS integrations using OData, APIs and Web Services
• Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, middleware teams and other technical stakeholders
• Contribute to S/4HANA development, transformation and modernization initiatives
• Provide technical guidance on SAP PS-related development and integration
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and technical delivery
• Support technical discussions, issue resolution and customer interactions
• Ensure technical solutions align with project architecture and business requirements
  
  

Ideal Profile

SAP ABAP Technical Architect + strong SAP PS knowledge + S/4HANA + OData + Web Services/APIs + Solution Architecture + Integration experience.

Important: This is a technical architecture role, so candidates with only functional SAP PS experience should not be considered.
