Manage end-to-end processes of SAP PS (Project System) and EPPM (Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management), including master data, configuration, and support.
Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in SAP PS & EPPM modules.
Work with add-on modules on SAP Project System to provide users with consolidated visibility of project status and facilitate project-related transactions through a unified interface.
Leverage understanding of SAP MM and SAP PM modules; knowledge of these will be an added advantage.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional and technical teams to understand and address business needs.
Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives, and develop necessary system changes or enhancements to meet those needs.
Identify gaps, issues, and workarounds, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including designs, test cases, and test results.
Proactively propose improvements in business processes and system functionality.
Provide consulting support for new SAP implementations as well as ongoing support projects.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
Deliver end-user training and ongoing support as required.
Work independently with minimal supervision; may mentor junior team members.
Engage confidently with customers and stakeholders; strong communication skills are essential.
