Introduction
We are looking for an experienced
SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant to support large-scale real estate and construction projects. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working on end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving cost and project controls through SAP solutions. If you have strong domain knowledge in construction or EPC environments and hands-on SAP PS configuration experience, this opportunity offers impactful and long-term project exposure.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage WBS structures for buildings, towers, and floors
- Support construction milestone planning and project scheduling
- Handle project budgeting and availability control
- Perform project cost planning, forecasting, and monitoring
- Manage AUC settlement to assets and cost centers
- Enable integration with third-party project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, VisiLean)
- Integrate SAP PS with:
- MM (procurement processes)
- FI/CO (cost tracking and settlements)
- SD (unit billing and milestone billing)
- QM (quality processes, where applicable)
- Prepare functional specifications and system configurations
- Execute testing cycles and user training sessions
- Develop reports for:
- Tower/phase-wise cost tracking
- Project progress
- Cost-to-complete analysis
- Cash flow monitoring
- Work with S/4HANA Fiori apps and analytics for project oversight
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP PS experience
- Experience in real estate, construction, or EPC industries preferred
- 35 full-cycle SAP PS implementations in construction or real estate projects
- Strong understanding of project accounting and cost controls
- Ability to collaborate with finance, procurement, and project teams
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
