Role : SAP PS Consultant

Essential Requirements :
- SAP Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP PS (Project System) Consultant.
- E2E Implementation Projects : Proven experience of handling at least 1 End-to-End SAP PS implementation project independently.
- Business Process Understanding : Strong ability to understand complex business requirements in the area of Project structuring, Project planning (Time planning, cost planning, Budgeting), Project execution and monitoring, Result analysis/Variance analysis.
- Process Mapping & Gap Analysis : Demonstrated ability to perform To-be process mapping, conduct thorough Gap analysis, finalize Key Design Steps (KDS), and identify custom development objects/RICEF list.
- Functional Specifications : Experience in finalizing requirements for each custom development object (RICEF object) and preparing clear and comprehensive functional specifications for the technical team to carry out development.
- SAP Configuration : Proven ability to carry out functional configurations within the SAP PS module.
- Testing : Experience in preparing detailed test scripts, conducting thorough Unit testing and development testing.
- Integration Testing : Ability to identify integration scenarios with other SAP modules, prepare comprehensive Integration test scripts, and execute integration testing.
- Training : Experience in planning and providing effective training to Core team members and end-users.
- Data Migration : Proven ability to manage Master data and cutover data migration/upload activities.
- Post Go-Live Support : Experience in providing timely and effective post go-live support to resolve issues faced by users.
Desirable Requirements :
- Degree : Post Graduate/MBA(preferred)
- Certifications : SAP certification in Project System (PS).
- Domain Experience : 1 to 2 years of relevant domain experience.
- GST Implementation : Exposure to GST implementation projects (NA as per provided info).
- HANA Migration : Experience in at least 1 HANA Migration project.
- Roll-out Projects : Experience in Roll-out projects (NA as per provided info).
- Offshore/Onsite Support : Experience in Offshore or Onsite Support projects (NA as per provided info).
Technical Competencies :
- E2E Onsite Implementation : Proven experience of working on End-to-End onsite SAP PS implementation projects.
- Organizational Structure Definition : Ability to define organizational structures within SAP PS that effectively suit business reporting and control requirements.
- Process Mapping & Solution Design : Strong ability to perform process mapping, conduct Gap analysis, identify RICEF objects, finalize KDS, and translate business needs into effective SAP PS solutions.
- Configuration & Functional Specifications : Ability to independently handle SAP PS configurations, provide clear functional specifications for RICEF development, conduct thorough testing, and deliver designed processes.
- Data Migration Planning & Execution : Ability to plan and effectively handle data migration activities for SAP PS.
- Training & Support : Ability to plan and deliver effective training to users and provide comprehensive post go-live support for SAP PS related issues
