We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Lead/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in SAP PS, with a proven track record of leading and managing SAP PS implementations and integrations.
This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring within the SAP environment, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be adept at managing cross-functional teams, optimizing project processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of SAP PS projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP PS to meet specific business needs.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of SAP PS specialists, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of project processes to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all SAP PS projects and processes.
- Stay current with the latest SAP PS technologies and trends to enhance system capabilities and business outcomes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure SAP PS solutions support evolving business needs and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Project Systems (PS) implementation and management.
- Proven track record of successful SAP PS project delivery and integration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP PS configuration and customization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work the 2 PM to 11 PM shift and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
