Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Consultant with 5+ years of experience to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP PS solutions. The candidate should have strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and integration with other SAP modules such as PM, MM, SD, and FI/CO.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP Project System (PS) module in SAP environments.
- Configure and customize Project Structures, WBS elements, Networks, Activities, Milestones, and Settlement rules.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP PS solutions.
- Support project planning, budgeting, cost tracking, and revenue recognition processes.
- Integrate SAP PS with other modules such as SAP PM, MM, SD, and FI/CO.
- Provide functional specifications for enhancements and coordinate with technical teams for development.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide production support and resolve issues related to project management processes.
- Prepare documentation such as functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Project System (PS) module.
- Strong knowledge of Project Structures (WBS), Networks, Activities, Milestones, and Project Planning.
- Experience with project budgeting, cost planning, and settlement processes.
- Understanding of integration with SAP PM, MM, SD, and FI/CO modules.
- Experience in at least 12 full-cycle SAP implementations or support projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Project System.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori apps related to Project System.
- SAP certification in SAP Project System is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
