Role Name: SAP Project Manager

Desired Experience Range: 15 years to 20 Years

Must-Have:

• MUST have minimum 10 years of experience in SAP with at least 5 years in the role of SAP Project Manager in green field / transformation / large brownfield projects
• Experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA is a must. Experience in at least two implementation projects
• Must have experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade projects of medium to high complexity while ensuring compliance to standard project management methodology, processes & tools ensuring business value delivery
• Must have experience in using project management tools and tracking tools and should be able to create if needed.
• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectation
• Preparing project plans, tracking key project milestones, adjusting project plans and/or resources for successful project delivery
• Regular plan & schedule monitoring of the project and reconcile with the baseline plan
• Good Communication Skills
• Maintain risks & issues log and follow-up on the closure actions
• Clear, concise & regular reporting – Weekly & Monthly status report, Project steering committee meetings
