SAP Project Manager

Your responsibilities include:

• Exhibiting enthusiasm for delivering projects and programs, fostering a strong culture of accountability, proactivity, and the creation of business value.

• Guaranteeing the successful end-to-end delivery of SAP SCT, SAP Disclosure Management, and core SAP platform solutions on time, defect-free, and within the allocated budget.

• Applying extensive expertise in project and program delivery methodologies pragmatically to enable ESG reporting capabilities and drive business transformation.

• Proactively identifying and managing risks across the project scope and the broader ecosystem, implementing practical and effective mitigation measures.

• Communicating clearly and effectively, using strong verbal and written skills to provide transparent, fact-based updates to stakeholders, leadership, and teams.

Detailed Stakeholder Management

• Recognizing and engaging key stakeholders across business functions, digital domains, external partners, and ESG data providers.

• Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on sustainability requirements, reporting needs, and desired solution outcomes.

• Communicating with clarity and intent, actively listening, addressing concerns promptly, and incorporating feedback to improve delivery and adoption.

• Providing timely and effective visibility into project progress, risks, and opportunities, building stakeholder confidence and satisfaction.
