• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years as SAP Project Manager
• Mandatory: At least one End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Implementation
• Experience managing multi-vendor and global delivery teams

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholder communication, cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-production stabilization while ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and governance structures.
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, and delivery plans.
• Drive workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Coordinate Functional, Technical, Integration, Data Migration, Testing, and Cutover teams.
• Ensure successful execution of SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Track project progress and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Manage vendors, offshore/onshore teams, and client communication.
• Drive program governance using SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
