INK IT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior to Mid-Level Project Manager / Project Management Officer (PMO) to support project delivery, governance, and operational activities across multiple client engagements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project and service delivery activities, maintaining project controls, supporting resource and capacity planning, preparing reports and governance artefacts, and ensuring adherence to delivery standards and processes.

This position requires a proactive individual with strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills, capable of working with project managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and support the successful delivery of projects and managed services.

INK IT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior to Mid-Level Project Manager / Project Management Officer (PMO) to support project delivery, governance, and operational activities across multiple client engagements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project and service delivery activities, maintaining project controls, supporting resource and capacity planning, preparing reports and governance artefacts, and ensuring adherence to delivery standards and processes.

This position requires a proactive individual with strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills, capable of working with project managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and support the successful delivery of projects and managed services.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage SAP projects and delivery engagements through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to deployment and post-go-live support.

·   Support project governance, delivery management, and operational activities across multiple projects and managed service engagements.

·      Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, RAID registers, status reports, and governance documentation.

·      Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.

·      Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and governance forums, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and action tracking.

·      Monitor project performance, resource utilisation, financials, and delivery metrics, highlighting risks and issues where required.

·      Support project reporting, portfolio dashboards, capacity planning, and management reporting activities.

·      Assist in managing project scope, change requests, project documentation, and compliance with delivery methodologies and standards.

·      Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and service transition activities as required.

·      Act as a key liaison between project teams, delivery leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.

·      Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery, PMO processes, reporting, and operational governance.

·      Support organisational planning activities, including resource forecasting, utilisation management, and delivery performance tracking.

·      Contribute to the successful delivery of projects and services by maintaining high standards of quality, accountability, and stakeholder engagement.

Experience managing projects involving one or more SAP solutions, including:

·       SAP S/4HANA

·       SAP ECC

·       SAP SuccessFactors

·       SAP Ariba

·       SAP Concur

·       SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

·       SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

·       SAP Customer Experience (CX)

·       SAP Materials Management (MM)

·       SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)

Required Skills & Experience

·       5–7 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Service Delivery Management, with exposure to SAP projects and transformation initiatives.

·       Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, transformation, or managed services engagements.

·       Strong understanding of SAP delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.

·       Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholder groups.

·       Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.

·       Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·       SAP certification in any relevant SAP solution.

·       PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management

certification.

·       Experience with global or multi-country SAP implementations.

·       Knowledge of SAP integrations, data migration, and testing strategies.

·       Experience working in consulting, system integration, or enterprise IT environments.
