Hiring: Senior SAP Program Manager (P&L & Delivery)
We are looking for a seasoned SAP leader to join our clients team. This role requires a high level of financial ownership and experience managing large-scale, diverse project environments.
Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Experience: Minimum 18+ years of overall experience, with 10+ years specifically in SAP Project Management.
- Program Leadership: Must have led at least 23 major programs, each consisting of 3 or more projects.
- Financial & P&L Mastery: Strong financial exposure is essential. You must have managed project budgets, cost control, and overall P&L aspects independently.
- Certification: SAP Activate Methodology certification is mandatory.
- Technical Rooting: Extensive functional knowledge in MM, FI, or HR modules.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills and global exposure. We are specifically looking for candidates who can operate in diverse international setups without dependency on local language environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification.
- Experience handling clients in the Middle East (KSA) or the Public Sector.
- Comfortable working in both offshore and onsite project environments.
This role can be based in Chennai or Bengaluru with frequent Middle East travel
