Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented SAP Project Manager with around 5 years of experience in managing SAP projects and delivering successful ERP implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling at least one end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle, strong stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with modern project management tools and methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering SAP projects within scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Manage SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. Lead at least one complete SAP full-cycle implementation from requirement gathering to go-live and hypercare support. Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and leadership. Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk registers, and status reports. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations. Facilitate requirement workshops, steering committee meetings, and project review sessions. Track project milestones and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Support change management, user training coordination, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Maintain project documentation and governance standards. Ensure effective communication across cross-functional teams and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Approximately 5 years of experience in SAP project management or SAP functional consulting with project coordination responsibilities.

• Must have managed at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.

• Strong understanding of SAP modules and ERP implementation methodologies.

• Experience with project management tools such as:

• Microsoft Project

• Jira

• Azure DevOps

• Trello / Asana / Monday.com

• MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certification would be an added advantage.

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA projects preferred.

• Exposure to SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or SuccessFactors is desirable.

• Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams is an advantage.
