SAP Project Manager

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction for SAP projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and priorities.

Oversee project management activities, including the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP processes and solutions.

Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

10+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on large-scale implementations and transformations.

Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD) and their application within various business processes.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering results.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred:

Experience in a senior leadership role, driving SAP strategy and execution across an organization.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Experience with Agile methodologies and SAP Activate framework.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

Deep expertise in SAP ERP solutions and implementation methodologies.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.

Understanding of integration technologies and data management practices within SAP environments.
