Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Planning & Management

- Develop andmaintaindetailed project plans using MS Project.

- Drive project execution,monitorprogress, and ensuretimelydelivery of milestones.

2.Integration Coordination

- Manage integration activities between SAP, Zoho CRM, Dealer Loyalty App, and company websites.

-Identifyand resolve integration issues in collaboration with technical teams.

3.Stakeholder Engagement

- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders.

-Facilitaterequirements gathering, ensure Business Requirements Document (BRD) sign-off, andmaintainalignment with businessobjectives.

4.Governance & Communication

- Lead daily standup meetings and regular project governance sessions.

- Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.

5.Testing & Quality Assurance

- Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management.

- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful test phase completion.

6.Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and documentation.
