Description:

The PMO is required to have a minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and about 2-5 years of proven experience in managing large-scale IT transition/handover projects, ideally within a managed services environment. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget will be beneficial.

The PMO must show proficiency in a range of skills including, but not limited to:

Project Management Expertise:

- Proven proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) and their practical application.

- Expertise in using project management tools for planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting

Technical Proficiency:

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and service delivery models.

- Familiarity with different transition approaches and methodologies.

Communication & Leadership:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide distributed teams, manage conflicts, and drive consensus.

- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking:

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions, and make sound decisions.

Customer Focus:

-Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations and building long-term relationships.
