SAP Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee SAP implementation and IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Lead SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and departments.
• Ensure effective communication with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
• Collaborate with resource managers to identify and address resource constraints.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Proactively resolve issues impacting project timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate user training, change management, and communication activities.
• Drive adherence to project management best practices and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven experience managing SAP implementation and transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration with business processes.
• Experience in SAP Rollout, Migration, Upgrade, or Support Projects.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong client handling, coordination, documentation, and business analysis capabilities.
• PMP certification will be an added advantage.
