Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end‑to‑end SAP projects (S/4HANA, ECC) including planning, execution, testing, cutover, and go‑live.

- Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and ensure delivery using SAP Activate, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.

- Act as the primary point of contact for business, IT teams, and vendors; drive communication, governance updates, and stakeholder alignment.

- Identify risks, manage issues, implement mitigation plans, and ensure project quality and compliance standards are met.

- Manage cross‑functional teams—consultants, developers, analysts—and coordinate with third‑party partners for smooth delivery.

- Monitor project budgets, track financials, optimize resource utilization, and oversee vendor contracts.

- Utilize tools like SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, MS Project, and Jira to manage project progress and documentation.
