SAP Program Manager / Project Manager

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager / Project Manager for an on-site role in Delhi NCR.

The role involves leading SAP implementation and transformation initiatives across SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and related SAP enterprise applications. The candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, delivery governance, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure successful program execution.

Responsibilities include overseeing SAP project delivery, driving business process alignment, coordinating with implementation partners, and ensuring adherence to project methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Program Management and Project Management, with proven experience managing end-to-end SAP project lifecycles.

Experience in SAP Project Management, particularly in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Exposure to SAP enterprise applications such as SAP Concur and S/4HANA integrations is preferred.

Strong understanding of HR and enterprise business processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Consulting mindset with experience working with clients to assess needs and deliver technology-driven solutions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor partners.

Experience managing large SAP implementations or multi-module SAP programs.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

PMP / Prince2 / SAP certifications are an added advantage.

Ability to work effectively in dynamic project environments and on-site client engagements.
