Qualifications (Contract Consultant)
- 20+ years of IT or ERP leadership experience, including 10+ years leading large-scale SAP programs as a program director, transformation leader, or consulting engagement lead.
- Proven success delivering complex, multi-region SAP/ERP transformationsideally within pharma, life sciences, or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance requirements.
- Experience working in regulated (GxP) environments, including familiarity with validated systems and CSV methodologies.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA core modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM) and integration technologies (Boomi, CPI, etc.).
- Demonstrated capability in managing vendors, budgets, schedules, and executive-level stakeholders under demanding timelines.
- Experience building or advising ERP teams across functional analysts, architects, developers, and support personnel.
