SAP Program Management

Seeking an experienced Director SAP Program Management SAP experience 20 years in leading and driving large Global strategic BTP Implementation SAP S4 HANA RISE Implementation programs Strong expertise in global stakeholder management project planning monitoring controlling and tracking apart from usual risk and crisis management and project governance

The role requires proven experience in handling Australian clients the ability to travel to Australia as required and strong technical exposure to SAP S4HANA programs

Job Description

Program management of largescale complex global SAP Implementation programs in S4 HANA RISE Implementations including preferably BTP Platform based end to end Implementations ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and clients business objectives

Drive effective stakeholder engagement especially across CXO and CXO1 levels and across regions including executive leadership Australian clients and external partners

Develop and maintain comprehensive program and project plans ensuring adherence to scope schedule Quality resources dependencies and budgets

Implement robust risk and crisis management frameworks to proactively identify assess and mitigate delivery risks

Establish and enforce strong project and program governance structures including driving CXO level steering committee meetings escalation mechanisms and reporting cadence

Monitor program performance through KPIs milestones and benefits realization metrics providing actionable insights to clients and Internal senior most leadership

Foster a culture of continuous improvement delivery excellence and value realization across the program lifecycle

Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams IT Business SAP functionaltechnical teams vendors to ensure seamless execution

Champion benefits management practices to maximize ROI and business outcomes from program investments

Provide leadership oversight for SAP S4HANAbased transformation or enhancement programs ensuring alignment between business and technology

Roles and Responsibilities

Own endtoend SAP Implementation program delivery preferably on BTP platform including SAP S4HANA RISE with SAP

Manage complex sr level stakeholder relationships facilitating transparent communication and alignment of expectations across business IT and SAP leadership teams for Australian clients

Lead project and program planning activities including defining milestones resource allocation budget forecasting and SAP delivery roadmaps

Identify assess and manage risks and crises across the program including SAP solution integration and dependency risks developing contingency and recovery plans

Implement and maintain project and program governance frameworks including steering committees executive reporting and governance mechanisms for SAP programs

Drive benefits management processes to track measure and report on value realization from SAP S4HANA and related digital investments

Ensure compliance with organizational policies SAP delivery standards industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout program execution

Support clientfacing engagements including onsite interactions in Australia as and when required for program governance and key SAP milestones

Key Skills Experience Must Have

Proven experience of 20 years as a Director Senior Program Manager handling large multistream global and complex SAP Implementation programs

Strong Australian client handling experience mandatory

Willingness and ability to travel to Australia as required

Handson experience managing SAP S4HANA programs implementation rollout transformation or enhancement

Deep expertise in program governance sr most stakeholder management risk issue management and benefits realization

Strong leadership communication and executivelevel presentation skills
