SAP Practice Lead

This role is hybrid in Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Practice Lead to head our SAP practice, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure successful SAP project delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across SAP modules, proven leadership in managing large-scale implementations, and strong client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the SAP practice, defining strategy, offerings, and delivery frameworks.
• Oversee end-to-end SAP project execution (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, MM, SD, etc.).
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and propose tailored SAP solutions.
• Manage and mentor SAP consultants and project teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and client presentations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and architecture.
• Proven experience in SAP project delivery and practice management.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• SAP certifications and experience with S/4HANA are a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
