Senior SAP PP/QM/PM Consultant - Solution Architect

Seeking a highly experiencedSenior SAP PP/QM/PM Consultant - Solution Architectwith20-25 years of overall SAP experience.
Strong expertise acrossSAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
Extensive experience inSAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementations, global rollouts, upgrades, business process transformation, integration, solution architecture, and production support.
Proven ability to work withsenior business stakeholders, enterprise architects, functional teams, technical teams, and global delivery teams.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex SAP programs and mentoring senior consultants.

Lead end-to-endSAP PP implementations, global rollouts, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformation projects.
Design, configure, and optimize production planning processes, including:
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
- Demand Planning
- Production Planning and Scheduling
- Production Orders and Process Orders
- Capacity Planning
- Shop Floor Control and Production Execution
- Confirmations and Goods Movements
Provide strong expertise inBOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, and Production Master Data.
Configure and supportMRP, MRP Live, MPS, Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), and Production Scheduling.
Support different manufacturing scenarios, including:
- Make-to-Stock (MTS)
- Make-to-Order (MTO)
- Repetitive Manufacturing
- Process Manufacturing
- Discrete Manufacturing
Design and manage integration betweenPP, MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.
Lead production planning process redesign, optimization, and SAP standardization initiatives.
Support production execution, shop-floor integration, and manufacturing-related interfaces.

Lead SAP QM solution design, implementation, rollout, and transformation initiatives across the complete quality lifecycle.
Design and configure processes covering:
- Quality Planning
- Quality Inspection
- Inspection Lots
- Results Recording
- Usage Decisions
- Quality Notifications
- Defect Management
- Quality Certificates
- Quality Reporting
ConfigureInspection Types, Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristics, Sampling Procedures, and Quality Catalogs.
Design incoming, in-process, and final inspection processes.
Integrate QM processes withMM, PP, SD, PM, and other SAP modules.
Configure and supportQuality Notifications, defect recording, corrective actions, and quality reporting.
Provide expertise inSAP S/4HANA Quality Managementand its integration with manufacturing processes.
Drive global quality process standardization across plants, countries, and business units.

Lead end-to-endSAP PM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
Design and optimize Plant Maintenance and Asset Management processes.

Strong hands-on experience withSAP S/4HANA PP, QM, and PM/Asset Management.
Lead and supportECC-to-S/4HANA migrations, implementations, system conversions, and transformation programs.
Strong understanding of relevantS/4HANA simplification items and functional changes.

Conductbusiness process workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
Performfit-gap analysisand recommend SAP-standard solutions.

Leadintegration testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Review solution designs and ensure alignment withSAP best practices, enterprise architecture, and Clean Core principles.
Drive process and solution standardization across multiple plants, countries, and business units.
Mentor senior consultants and provide functional and solution-architecture guidance.
Manage complex stakeholder discussions and provide solutions to critical business and process issues.
Support Project Managers withplanning, estimation, risk management, resource planning, and delivery activities.

20-25 years of overall SAP experience.
Extensive hands-on experience inSAP PP, QM, and PM.
Strong experience with bothSAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
Multiple successfulfull-cycle SAP implementations and global rollouts.
Strong manufacturing, production planning, quality management, and asset-management domain knowledge.
Excellent understanding ofcross-module SAP integration.
Proven experience working withsenior business stakeholders and global teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to lead large teams and manage complex global SAP programs.
Strong experience in solution design, process transformation, and SAP standardization.
