SAP PPQM Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant with 5–9 years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate should have expertise in manufacturing processes, production planning, quality inspection, batch management, and integration with SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, and PM modules. Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, support, and rollout projects is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP PP/QM solutions aligned with manufacturing and quality processes.
• Configure and support SAP PP functionalities including:
• Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
• Demand Management
• Production Orders
• Capacity Planning
• BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Work Centers
• Routing
• Production Scheduling
• Configure and support SAP QM processes including:
• Quality Planning
• Inspection Planning
• Inspection Lots
• Quality Notifications
• Quality Certificates
• Vendor Quality Management
• Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and recommend best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot critical business issues.
• Prepare configuration documents, process flows, and user manuals.
