Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollout projects for PP and QM modules.
  • Work on RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP projects (preferred).
  • Apply SAP Activate and ASAP methodologies throughout project lifecycles.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation including Business Blueprints (BBP), Functional Specifications (FSD), and Key Design Specifications (KDS).
  • Perform SAP PP configuration, ensuring seamless SAP QM integration and accurate Master Data management.
  • Implement and support MTS (Make-to-Stock), MTO (Make-to-Order), and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).
  • Provide L2/L3 support for PP and QM modules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth system operation and scheduled background job execution.
  • Manage client interactions, gather business requirements, and translate them into system solutions.
  • Work on data migration using tools such as LTMC, LSMW, BDC, and BAPI.
  • Leverage knowledge of SAP tables, BAPIs, Function Modules (FM), and BADIs for enhancements and integration.
  • Write functional design documents for interface creation and functional enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, WM) to ensure integration consistency across modules.
  • Demonstrate domain expertise in industries such as Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Utilities.
  • Oversee goods movement processes from raw material to semi-finished goods conversion.
  • Support UAT, user training, and post-go-live activities.
  • Be available for onsite travel (domestic and international) as per project needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP PPQM Consultant.
  • At least 1-2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP PP configuration, QM integration, and Master Data management.
  • Experience in SAP Rollout and Support projects.
  • Deep understanding of SAP tables, data structures, BAPIs, BADIs, and FMs.
  • Proven ability to write FSDs, BBPs, KDS, and functional design documents.
  • Hands-on experience with WRICEF development and testing.
  • Strong client-handling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to SAP Activate / ASAP methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, BDC, BAPI).
  • Domain knowledge in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Utilities sectors preferred.
  • Must hold a valid passport and be open to travel.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with SAP RISE and GROW with SAP initiatives.
  • Exposure to Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Quality Management (QM) integration.
  • Ability to handle multi-module coordination and end-user training.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
