Sap PPQM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Solution Lead / Architect with deep expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM), solution architecture, and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end to end SAP implementations, leading cross functional teams, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, development, and support of SAP QM solutions on S/4HANA.
• Analyze and document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Ensure alignment with ongoing S/4HANA project design and rollout plans.
• Architect and configure SAP QM solutions to meet business needs.
• Drive functional improvements and lead the deployment of new features.
• Coordinate testing phases including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare training materials and support user onboarding with e learning tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide consultative leadership in pre sales engagements and solution presentations.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelors or Masterss degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands on experience in SAP QM, including full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield projects).
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage project deliverables.
• Excellent effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cross module integrations (e.g., PP, PM, EAM).
• Familiarity with Lab Ware LIMS is a plus.
• Deal Breaker Skill:Expertise in S/4 Quality Improvement Functional.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in validated environments and regulated industries.
• Knowledge of advanced planning solutions.
• Strong administrative capabilities and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required (up to 25% travel frequency).
