SAP PPQM-Architect

The SAP QM Architect is responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP Quality Management solutions across large-scale SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments. The role ensures scalable, compliant, and industry-aligned quality processes, provides technical leadership, and drives end-to-end SAP QM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end SAP QM solution architecture for large-scale SAP implementations and rollouts
• Design scalable, compliant, and industry-aligned QM solutions
• Define SAP QM roadmap, standards, and best practices across programs

SAP QM Functional Expertise

• Provide hands-on expertise in SAP QM processes, including Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notification, Quality Control, Audit Management, and Certificate Management
• Configure and customize SAP QM to meet business requirements

Integration & Cross-Module Collaboration

• Architect and manage integration of SAP QM with SAP MM, PP, SD, PM, and EWM
• Work across SAP S/4HANA and ECC systems to ensure seamless process integration
• Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams

Leadership & Governance

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to SAP QM consultants and teams
• Review functional designs, configurations, and custom developments
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, GMP, FDA where applicable)

Implementation & Delivery

• Lead SAP S/4HANA QM implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Support blueprinting, realization, testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live
• Manage stakeholders and ensure timely delivery with high quality

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP QM with architect-level responsibilities
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA QM and ECC
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations and rollouts
• Expertise in SAP QM integration with MM, PP, SD, and PM
