SAP PPM Consultant

Responsibilities:

• SAP PS - Integration with SAP Modules - FICO, SD, MM, HR
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience conducting workshops and independently driving solution discussions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple geographies.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications related to SAP PPM and SAP PS.
• Understanding of CDS Views, workflow concepts, and SAP Activate methodology.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP integration capabilities is desirable.
• Strong documentation, testing, deployment, and support experience.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of leading solution delivery initiatives.
• Passion for project portfolio management, enterprise planning, digital transformation, and continuous process improvement.

Eligibility:

• Integration experience with external applications like workday
• Experience in at least one Implementation, Rollout or Upgrade projects
• Problem solving and technical skills - Module specific Table and object level ABAP Knowledge.
• Working experience on Webdynpro or FIORI apps. Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP PPM/PS implementation projects.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP Application Support (AMS) experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS).
• Experience integrating SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, SD, and HCM/SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Expertise in Portfolio Definition & Governance, Resource Planning, Capacity Planning, Financial Planning & Budgeting, Project Costing, Results Analysis, Project Settlement.
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience supporting ECC to S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.
