SAP PPM Consultant AMS Support (L2/L3)

We are seeking an experienced SAP PPM Consultant to provide L2/L3 Application Management Support (AMS) for SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM). The consultant will be responsible for ensuring stable system operations, incident resolution, functional support, and continuous improvement of SAP PPM solutions in a production support environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP PPM, including Portfolio Management, Project Management, and Resource Management, along with integration knowledge of SAP PS and FI/CO modules.

Experience: 8+ years

Work Location: India (Remote)

Contract Period: 3 months, extendable

Shift : Australia Shift - 6 am to 3 pm IST

Allocation : 1-2 days/week (to be finalized if hours is spread into multiple days)

• Strong SAP PPM experience (Portfolio, Project, Resource Mgmt)
• AMS/L2-L3 support experience
• Understanding of SAP PS and FI/CO integration
• Basic knowledge of transports and workflows
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience handling incidents, service requests, and enhancement support.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident & Support: Resolve PPM incidents and service requests; manage SAP tickets where required
• Functional Support: Maintain portfolios, projects, resource planning, and minor configurations
• Enhancements: Deliver small changes and coordinate with technical teams; manage transports
• Integration: Support PPM integration with PS and FI/CO
• Stakeholders: Act as PPM SME and provide status updates
• Documentation: Maintain knowledge base and support KT
