SAP PP/QM Senior Consultant

SAP PP, SAP QM, Manufacturing, Rework Modeling, Batch/Serial Mgmt, IDoc/BAPI, MES Alignment

• Configure SAP PP (production orders, routing, BOM, work centers)
• Configure SAP QM (inspection plans, NC/CAPA, results recording)
• Align SAP processes with MES execution
• Model SAP rework loops & special processes
• Manage prototype/engineering build orders (non-series)
• Support batch/serial management and confirmations
• Ensure clean PP/QM master data for integration
