Job Summary
GyanSys is seeking experienced SAP PP / QM Consultants to join our SAP Manufacturing practice. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), with experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes in SAP S/4HANA environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize production planning, quality assurance, and manufacturing operations through innovative SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP PP/QM solutions aligned with manufacturing and quality processes.
- Configure and support SAP PP processes, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Demand Management, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Work Centers, Routings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Configure SAP QM functionalities, including Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Quality Certificates, Audit Management, and Quality Control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PP/QM with MM, SD, PM, EWM, and FICO modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams on custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and support end-user training.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and production support projects.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, recommend process improvements, and ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with SAP best practices and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP PP/DS is an added advantage
- Exposure to SAP Digital Manufacturing or MES integrations
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications
- Understanding of manufacturing best practices and quality compliance
- Experience in global SAP implementation or rollout projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Domain Experience: 3–5 Years
- Relevant Experience: 0–8+ Years
Preferred Certifications
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Production Planning
- SAP Quality Management Certification (preferred)
