Role Description: -

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP MM/ PP-QM Functional Consultant located in Gujarat, India. I will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing to optimize SAP solutions, managing and maintaining master data, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and offering analytical solutions to improve operational efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address business needs and ensure system performance.

Qualifications: -

Strong Analytical Skills to identify, evaluate, and resolve technical issues effectively.

Create Master data such as BOM / Routing / Work Center / Production Version for production planning.

Responsible for Master Data preparation - Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase Info recordsfor Material Management Module.

Maintaining Plant parameters such as MRP Controller, MRP Groups, MRP types, Lot Sizing procedures, planning strategies. MRP run for Individual materials and also for Material Groups.

Aware of Diff. Production Versions, Make to Order [MTO] and Make to Stock [MTS] scenarios with MRP types.

Utilize SAP MM- Material Requirement Planning to Optimize Inventory Levels and Reduce Waste.

Familiarity with SAP Demand Management and Production Movements is required.

Manage SAP PP-Shop Floor Execution to streamline production Workflows and Enhance Real Time Monitoring.

Drive the adoption of SAP MM/PP Batch Management to improve tracking and Quality Control in Purchase and Production department.

Preparing Master data such as MIC, Inspection Methods, Catalogues, Inspection plan for Procured & In-house Mfg. Materials for Quality Management Module.

Manage QM processes, including Inspection plans for production and procurement, Quality Notifications for Vendor Related issues / In-house Manufacturing Defects and Batch Management.

Create / Change of Master data for PM like Machine /Equipment Creation, task list, Maintenance plan Creation/Change, Scheduling of Maintenance Plan to Generate periodic PM orders for In-house Maintenance as well as Outside Maintenance/Calibration.

Cost Analysis of Finish Goods based on Row Materials & other Materials Consumption, Machine, Labors & Other Operations involved while Mfg. of Finish Goods.

Use of Data Migration Tools like LSMW, BDC for both Mass Creation and Mass functionalities.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Prior Experience as a Part of SAP implementation projects in Current Organization

Identify New Requirement for Z-Development and co-ordinate with Technical Consultant to Develop Customized report
