Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP QM Consultant to join our client's manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA with strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. You will play a key role in supporting business processes, resolving production and quality-related issues, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance SAP PP and QM business processes.
- Manage Production Planning activities, including MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and Production Orders.
- Handle production execution and shop floor processes.
- Manage Quality Planning, Inspection Lots, Results Recording, and Usage Decisions.
- Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- Work closely with MM, Warehouse, and technical teams for integrations and process improvements.
- Support production and quality operations while ensuring business continuity.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities.
- Prepare functional documentation and support user testing where required.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).

- Exposure to SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects.
- Knowledge of barcode-enabled warehouse or shop floor processes.
- Understanding of supplier quality and manufacturing quality processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including MM, Warehouse, and technical consultants.
