SAP PP / PM / QM Consultant

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP PP/PM/QM Consultant to join our global SAP team. This role is ideal for mid-career professionals who are eager to deepen their SAP PP/PM/QM expertise through hands-on involvement in SAP rollouts and ongoing SAP support (AMS) activities.

The position offers exposure to international projects and a structured rotation model that ensures equal opportunity, balanced workload, and continuous skill development.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

Participate in SAP S4 rollout projects and SAP ECC/S4 support on rotation basis.

Provide SAP Application Management Support (AMS) when not actively involved in rollout phases.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PP/PM/QM incidents, changes, associated interfaces and reports including implementing enhancements

Interact with business users and understand the business requirements and translate the same requirements in the form of technical requirements in SAP.

Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, test plans, and user manuals.

Conduct various testing e.g. (unit, integration, system, etc.) and aid in the development of test scripts. Finalize the configuration & support the solution.

understanding of plant maintenance processes, including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and shutdown planning.

Awareness of SAP PM module functionalities, such as maintenance notifications, work orders, maintenance plans, task lists, and maintenance scheduling`

Stay updated with SAP technologies and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

5-7 years experience in SAP PP/PM/QM module rollout and support.

You should understand different processes like MRP, MTO, MTS, Production Planning cycle,Demand Management, Batch Management, Production order confirmation and close. Knowledge of IDOC processing and Background job monitoring

Ability to read ABAP Programs, initial debugging, troubleshooting.

Cross module & data migration tool knowledge is must

Knowledge of IBP/PPDS is an added advantage.

Basic understanding of SAP ERP concepts and modules preferably in Plant Maintenance is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Willingness and readiness to travel frequently across global BERICAP locations as and when required.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

EDUCATION:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer or any Technical stream
