Position: Plant System Controller (SAP PP/MM Expert)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/MM Expert with strong manufacturing domain knowledge to act as a Plant-Level System Controller. This role is pivotal in driving SAP adoption across Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) modules, ensuring complete process mapping, and eliminating manual/excel-based processes to strengthen plant digitalization and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP/MM functional operations at plant level.
• Configure and optimize MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Routing, Capacity Planning, Inventory & Procurement.
• Map all manufacturing processes into SAP, eliminating manual registers.
• Ensure transactional discipline, audit compliance, and real-time shop floor data capture.
• Drive continuous improvement, rollout new SAP functionalities, and train plant users.
• Act as a bridge between Plant Operations and Corporate IT.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Engineer (Mechanical/Production/Industrial preferred).
• SAP PP/MM Certification (preferred).
• 6–12 years of experience in Manufacturing + SAP PP/MM.
• Experience in discrete/process manufacturing; S/4HANA exposure is an advantage.
