Job Description

8-10 years of experience in SAP PP module, with at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
In-depth knowledge of SAP PP functionalities, including MRP, Production Orders, Routing, Capacity Planning, Batch Management, and Shop Floor Control.
Experience in leading SAP PP implementation or migration projects in complex manufacturing environments.
Lead end-to-end SAP PP implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing and production processes, gather requirements, and map them to SAP PP functionalities.
Provide functional expertise in SAP PP, covering areas such as:
Production planning (MPS and MRP).
Discrete and repetitive manufacturing processes.
Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Resource Management.
Production Orders and Process Orders.
Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Bill of Materials (BOM) management.
Shop Floor Control and Work Center management.
Configure and customize SAP PP module to meet specific client requirements and ensure optimal system performance.
Ability to integrate SAP PP with other modules like MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), QM (Quality Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for developing custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Drive process improvement initiatives by leveraging SAP PP best practices to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
Lead and mentor junior consultants, offering guidance and ensuring quality delivery.
Conduct user-training sessions and create detailed documentation for processes and configuration.
Coordinate with global teams for managing rollouts, enhancements, and upgrade projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
Proven leadership abilities to manage teams and project timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in S/4HANA PP.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori for Production Planning.
SAP Certification in Production Planning or S/4HANA.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Just-In-Time (JIT) production techniques
